Whew! Doing some lazy, "for fun" art feels great after so long of not having anything to upload. This is Tigris Cantus, the Noise form of Mitsuki Konishi, one of the head honchos for the Reapers in The World Ends With You. She's got one of the longest boss fights in the game (arguably more complex than the final boss) and has quite an awesome design. So: Fanartage
